There are some workouts where you think you may actually die before it's over. Then there's the Pyramid workout.
The first time I tried one, I was using a workout that I had seen on Blogilates - the afterburn inspired me to create a combination of my own. Then I kicked myself for doing it - straight through the workout.
For some people, it's wonderful - other people, not so much. Anyway, you can try it out for yourself. You will either love the feeling of accomplishment immediately once you're done or love the afterburn a few days after. But you will likely hate me all the way through the workout. You've been warned.
